Julian Green joins FWD Consulting as Head of Research

FWD Consulting has announced the expansion of its market research and customer experience insight team with the appointment of Julian Green as Head of Research. Julian will be responsible for driving all research-related agency activity, client liaison and project management, while also taking a primary role in business development for the division.

Julian brings over 25 years’ experience in the development and management of research programmes to the agency. He has led on insight-based consulting for some of the world’s biggest corporations across the financial and professional services, industrial manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and telco sectors, among others.

Julian specialises in the provision of pioneering reputation guidance solutions which combine analytics of unstructured data with bespoke human storytelling. He is skilled in deploying AI and machine learning, paired with more traditional tactics to provide empirical historic evidence with real-time data and predictive analytics, to enable clients to make informed commercial decisions.

Julian’s proven expertise in creating and running audience panels, omnibus surveys, tracking studies and customer experience programmes for brands across all industries will bolster FWD’s ambitious growth plans.
