CII Consumer Duty Board Report – White Paper
Consumer Duty sets high standards of consumer protection across financial services, and requires firms to put their customers’ needs first.
The Chartered Institute of Insurers partnered with FWD Research to gather quantitative and qualitative data to understand the initial experiences of some firms in fulfilling their requirement. Our quantitative insights were generated through an online survey with members and qualitative insights through a subsequent roundtable discussion with some of those involved in gathering outcome data or writing reports for their firms in July 2024.

FWD Consulting helped Metro Bank evidence vulnerability and customer outcomes in their 2024 Consumer Duty board report.
